Salmon fillet cooked in the oven wrapped in tinfoil with garlic, ginger and coconut oil. With that I had raw spinach, cherry tomatoes and spring onion.

For a pudding I had mixed berries, quark (with stevia sweetener added) and mixed summer fruit agar agar jelly, all topped with choc shot.
