I made a syn free bolognese with tinned tomatoes, herbs tomato purée etc and had loads of speed veg with it then fresh fruit salad and total 0% fat natural Greek yogurt and sweetener

I treated myself today to a 19.5 g bag of Maltesers..nomnomnom 😀 5 Syns!! But they were worth it 😆😆
