Yesterday I had ham, eggs, avocado, cherry tomatoes and spinach!
Today will be chicken, peppers, onions with Mexican spice and total 0% (instead of soured cream) over some fresh lettuce.

Tonight is homemade mushroom soup and a pastrami salad sandwich.
