There's a recipe for sage and apple filo sausage rolls in the SW festive feasts book, if I remember rightly they're half a syn each! Don't look that difficult to make either.
WE tried those on Sunday as a bit of a test run and they were great. Took half a dozen round to the neighbours as an independent test and they liked them.
Had some of the filling left over so made two burgers with it. Even better as a burger. 10/10
P & A
Oven baked fish and chips
You've lost me.
Or are you having fish & chips for Christmas?
Just curious.
I think this was meat to be in the 'Whats for tea tonight' thread.
It's easy to get threads mixed up when we're looking at all of them lol!

Xmas lunch.
Not as bad as it looks.
Swede & pot mash, boiled parsnip, carrots & sprouts, an aunt Bessy, stock cube gravy and that 20p partridge.
There goes my 3lbs under my target weight.
Looks delicious! Merry Christmas
