Hi all!

Been so busy that i just havent had chance to get on since the 21st. Apologies!
A few lil changes noted, and a few new members, so hello to you all.

Birthday week - uh oh - fell off the wagon big time! Tried climbing back on but just been dragged along

I promise to be good from tomorrow, but i really darent weigh to check the damage

So how is everyone else?

Better to weigh and face it, it mightn't be as bad as you think?

Been good hun, still on sw, coming up for 3rd week, hoping for my 3rd loss in a row! xx

Im back on it today, but non-stop munching this aft! (free food)

And yes the gain was as big as i feared....i darent admit it lmao!
