After a full year I'm back!

So I looked at when I last posted - a year ago!! woops lol thought I'd try and get back into posting as it seemed to help me focus when I was part of an active community!!

Weightloss wise, I have plateaued since September last year. I'm currently weighing at around 224lbs, 16st. I've had a few difficult months recently, family problems, marital issues and last month I lost my lovely Grandad, plus been busy with family visiting almost every month, so although I have been conscious of not gaining more weight, I definitely haven't been trying nearly as hard to lose. I've also started the contraceptive pill again, and have begun Sertraline also, to help with depression and anxiety.

So I'm back on it as of yesterday! I have a holiday on the 20th September, so I NEED to work hard for then, because I'm honestly feeling yuk.

Help me guys

xo

Hi! Welcome back. I'm so sorry you had a bad time recently
I'm on Sertraline too and I've found it helpful.
Great to see you back

Hi, I'm new but glad you are back making positive changes. It's difficult when things go wrong or get in the way, but you've made a big step.

Look forward to celebrating your losses with you.

Hey.

So sorry to hear the rough time you've been having! Well done for getting back on here though!

I know how hard depression/anxiety can make things but we are all here to have a rant / giggle with if you need it!

Hugs xx
