Bank holiday weekend
Hope everyone had a good bank holiday weekend! 
We went to the seaside today which was fun what did everyone get up to?

I waited for the other half to come home as he was at Newmarket races yesterday and he stayed over night at his friends, then when he came home we took the kids out for a walk and played at the park. Visited a friends and then watched a DVD.
I hate it when weekends go quickly. In fact I just hate it when it turns Monday (except bank holidays)

Well I made the decision to spend the bank holiday living on my sofa catching up with my favourite TV series Grimm So Saturday was a food order to my local Deli. Breakfast barm, Mega burger ( KFC Zinger meets Big Mac meets breakfast barm ) and large mixed kebab roll. Just about managed to roll of the sofa and get to bed. Sunday started well with a Healthy Eating Tagliatelle. Unfortunately it was really boring food so I took advantage of a Dominos offer and got 2 large cheese stuffed pizzas with some of those small chocolate pastries and a diet cola as am watching my figure
Needless to say when the paramedics got to me early Monday morning after collapsing in a pool of my own mess next to the phone I had decided it was probably too much. Anyway the fast response and the ambulance crew stayed with my a good time doing checks and making sure I didn't collapse again while I slowly recovered. Those people are awesome. So I have decided to take my dieting a bit more seriously now Hope everyone else's weekend was better than mine and next time anyone thinks of caving in to that takeaway pizza think of me and imagine it could happen to you.
