I think for me it has to be honey chill and nut stir fry made from scratch (no sauce sachets) served with rice noodles although sweet potato chips with egg muffin come a close second... I haven't made that in a couple of weeks, think I need to this week NOM
Definitely chicken casserole in the slow cooker. I have it so often!
It can be tempting to have buttered baguette with it sometimes though, which makes it less healthy!
