Hello!!

I've been so busy lately and have really struggled to find time to get on I'm working 3 days a week now and have found finding the balance between work/kids/housework/exercise really hard to find!

How is everyone?

I'm slowly getting back to running after my injury, hoping to get out again tonight. Food wise, I've made some major changes! I'm eating clean where possible (trying to clear the freezer of processed veggie foods, but OH keeps buying me more ) I eat breakfast most days now and have cut out most dairy from my diet too

I did a massive clean eating detox a few weeks back and cut out dairy entirely and felt absolutely awful when I started eating it again and was so bloated! So now I've mainly cut it out, but will have it if it's in something and just small amounts.

Weight's still stable-ish, but I've only got 3 months til holiday now, I'm hopin that's enough time to get me some abs

My head is all over the place 7 days a week, I need to find that balance too. Swapped a few plans around exercising this week and so far I think it's going to work well. I considered upping my gym membership to peak but I don't think it's worth it so working round it for now.

Some frozen fruit and veg is never a bad thing to have at hand. I'm afraid I still do have some quick options in my freezer, just for lifes busy times.

Abs you doing something new hun? x

Hi, good to see you back here! It sounds like you're super busy at the moment!

Glad you're slowly getting back into running after your injury
It sounds like you could be intolerant to dairy if it is causing you to be bloated when you introduce it back in. You're doing great on the healthy eating

It's so hard to find the balance isn't it wobbs? I've loads of frozen fruit and veg in the freezer, especially berries for my smoothies!

Ab wise, I'm trying to stick to at home workouts, been doing a 10week all over challenge and 30 day ab challenge. Although I've not done anything this week as I've been trying to catch up on sleep there's defo abs somewhere under there though, just too much fat to see them ATM

Bev so chuffed to have you on the team I've always been a bit dairy intollerant, milkshakes and ice cream have always had to be avoided but it's all making me dodgy now unless in tiny quantities!

Tbh I've not been massively healthy this week, a new chippy opened in the village this week and it's part of a chain that are in the top10 in England, so obvs I had to try some chips but I've been making a lot better choices to normal!
