Whoops, not been on in too long my leg feels great, it's still a bit sore if I push it too much, but is generally good. I'm back running again, but doing it c25k style with walking and running intervals. It's frustratig, but defo worth it!
That's what I keep telling myself, I'm not particularly training for anything ATM, so I just need to take it easy! I feel really good ATM though, I did run2/walk1 last night and felt really strong at the end still!
