I have one, lightning bolt on my arm. Its pretty big for a first tat. No plans as yet to get another one. My OH doesn't have any, he has loads of freckles which are his natural tattoos, haha! Sleeves on women can look amazing if done well and the woman has a good arm and dresses well with it. X
