Taking measurements - question
Hi guys.
I do measurements, which I rely more on than weight, and I was wondering what, if any, areas are you tracking?
I measure around the fullest part of my chest, the small part of the waist, the fullest area of the hips, and around my thighs. I have tried, and failed, with trying to measure around my upper arm. It's hard to do using one hand!
Does this about sum it up? Am I missing anything?
So far, when I add them up, I have lost a total of about 6 inches from various areas.

I think this pretty much sums up everywhere to measure
I always struggle with measuring my waist as I'm never quite sure where to measure, and moving the tape measure just a tiny bit can give such different results each time!

I do around my calves too even though that number never seems to change.
How often do you all do your measurements? Some days I wake up feeling thinner for some reason and I do it. Other than that, I usually do it every week, sometimes every other week.

I do calves, thighs, fattest part of my bum, hips, belly, waist, under bust, fullest part of bust and arms I don't measure that often though now, I used to do it every 10-14 days!

I do chest, waist, stomach (due to the bloat issue which is still on going), hips, thighs and that is it. I have yet to check my measurements lately though. I last did this about a 2 weeks ago. I want to go 3 more weeks (so I have four full weeks on the program I am doing now) before I check for any results. I am not worried about the back side, it needs to get a little bigger.

I wish we could choose where the inches come off or do some creative rearranging. Take a few from over here and put them over there...
I don't know why I am so uncoordinated, but I have such a hard time measuring my arms!

I kind of hang the tape over, hold it with a finger and then catch the loose bit and pull it up! It's a right faff though!
I'd love to be able to choose where the inches came off, I'm feeling really uneven ATM!

To measure your waist, you should wrap the tape measure across your belly button. Princess Pikachu, I know what you mean about feeling uneven! Everything comes off the top half rather quickly, but I have quite a battle with the bottom half.

I measure my waist at the smallest part, it's a couple of inches abovey belly button!
I'm evening out a lot now, but still don't feel right! It's my hips and lower stomach now, whereas I used to be very top heavy! My boobs have practically disappeared now but it does make me look smaller in general! I always hated having big boobs cos being short, they just took over my body!
