Good plan Wobbles!! It's weird, does.anyone.else forget that you actually enjoy healthy food? I swear my brain tepls me junk is what I prefer.

I had a bowel of water melon tonight and it might not have been sweet but it helped because I was just wanting to eat something ... that something is usually the unhealthy quick options because there was rarely easy healthy options in my kitchen lol

Have just seen in our slimming world bit that someone has posted about joke chocolate buttons ( a mullerlight mixed with an options sachet then frozen in drops on grease proof paper) that would be a good sweet fix if its edible! Going to try it tonight for tomorrow so will let you know if its worth a try. Hope your evening passed synlessly ;-)

Could pour into icecube trays to make it easier/less mess/etc?

That's my prob Wobbs, usually quick and convenient means unhealthy too...I need to prepare more really so I always have something to hand. Sometimes it's pure boredom!!
