I Quit Smoking!
I spent a long time sick earlier this year and it was all upper respiratory issues. I decided to quit smoking because, even though I don't get sick often, when I do, I stay sick for what feels like FOREVER. I think it's been about a week now since my last cigarette and I'm so proud!

Congrats! I'm two months in and still holding strong. Family didn't think I could do it, and honestly, for years, I didn't think I could, either. Stay busy! It helps.

It’s great to hear you have taken a good decision and are stopping smoking habit because of your own reason.

Let me ask you, how are you doing? Are you holding up? Is your sense of smell fully restored?
