Eeeekkkkk!! I really must get mine done! I was eyeing up the running trainers in intersport the other day! I keep dropping hints that I want a properly fitted pair for Xmas

You entered a race? That is really great! Have you been running for very long? I love being outside but I am not much of a runner. I hope to build up to that soon. Good luck!

I know you mentioned when the race was, but I'm sorry, I forgot. How much time do you have for your training? It's still months away?

The run is in May. I know someone who did the same that hadn't ran before and made it with 3 months training so I've plenty of time.

I've spoken to the PT at the gym and I now have a new programme he thinks will help, even a new cardio machine (it's weird, it's an x trainer/stepper thing and a new piece of equipment to the gym recently) ... I need some running trainers but it's a right month, the run entry was £40 and I got some clothes just can't afford to get the trainers ATM. It will come together I'm not panicking I've not started yet

You have five months to get yourself ready so that sounds like a good long time. You have your training program all ready to start too. Are you getting excited to start? Trainers can be expensive. Do you have any certain ones that you want to get?
