Omg omg

Just realised just how fat I am :/ my daughters in a documentary about September on ch5 about teens that suffer amnesia. And I look absolutely terrible been thinking of starting to diet for a few weeks but this nailed it, I also realise I need to do my roots more often

So today is day one I'm cutting out crisps chocolate and alcohol not going to pigeon hole myself into a diet just yet but ill be toughly following sw but try not have any bread, It seems the more I try the worse I am if I'm sensible then I stick to things better, I daren't weigh myself either cos if I maintain or don't lose then I don't want to feel disheartend.

I'm doing Zumba DVD when I get chance but going to start jogging around the block

I love cheese, bread, curry poppadom s and potatoes. I think I have affinity with cheese though so that will be hard

Cutting out chocolate crisps and sugar will help a lot! Cutting down on bread, other high carb foods and cheese will also help.

Get some fruit in
Change butter for lurpak lightest or alike
change sugar for sweetener ... this I have never taken to until I tried silverspoon sweetness and light

Good luck hun because this is how I started when I simply was looking at myself and I wasn't happy!

Definitely post a reminder when it's on!

I'm with you on the diet thing too hun. I'm not following a hugely strict diet I am however following SW pretty well but still allowing some treats etc. Good luck hun, you can do this xx

Small changes will make a big difference!!

Have you thought about just calorie counting? That way it's a little more relaxed

Hehe it's going to be on roughly sept, the media company are handing it over July and then it's upto ch5 when they commission it I assume they'll advertise it heavily they usually do but ill be letting everyone know as soon as I know.... Cringe. Feel so ashamed that he filmed our goldfish and the tanks is practically all green haha, and my windows are pilkington reflective windows and they look like water marks all over them and filthy look terrible lol.

Oh well it's given me a kick up the arse

I've swapped to light butter aswell, and will get some of that sugar, thing with me is I can't have one bag of crisps it's 3 or 4 or a whole pack of biscuits with a cup of tea lol I want to lose 5 stone I lost stone n half on sw last sept and then had an ectopic and it went out the window completely.

Determined when the film airs I'm not going to look like I did my side profile chins were ridiculous haha

You will spot things nobody else will look twice at mostly because it's normal in there house too Who cares what anyone else thinks anyway ... the program isn't about how clean your house is or if your roots are done

I have a massive tendency to do the same - eat four bags of crisps, or two chocolate bars or whatever it is I'm having. it's disgusting how much I actually used to binge. Then i'd really hate myself for it. I found using MyFitnessPal really helped me with thhat though, and altho even now I still have to fight the urge I'm a lot mpre aware of what I'm putting into my gob lol. I just think I have a bad realtionship.with food and my brain needs retuning

I'm sure you aren't all as bad as you think though hun!

Salmon new potatoes and salad for tea and a banana for pudding phew day 2 over.
