Could you maybe take around a load of meals for the freezer or offer to do some laundry? Doesnt sound like much, but it's one less thing to worry about!

I would love to do something like that but I already do it. The friend is my husband and I hate to see him this stressed. When he does have time to workout he does great but then work just drags him back down again.

Oh gosh hun I totally know what it's like tbh I've just realised that's probably why my OH isn't losing any weight! He usually works 7 day weeks and works stupid hours too! Maybe so something like run him a nice bath when he gets in and try and make home as stress free as possible? I totally need to take my own advice on that one it's hard tho seeing them so stressed

When things get tough around our house, my husband and I leave each other notes. It doesn't take long to scribble out a letter and tuck it into their lunch bag, and it gives us something to look forward to during stressful work days. I notice a big difference on days when we leave each other notes.

I like leaving my OH notes, they're normally silly ones though like calling him names makes me smile though, and I like to think getting a note that says "I love you, you're a c***" makes him smile too
