Fiber One bars

Has anyone tried any Fiber One bar? I seem to be having a slight problem with going to the bathroom. I'm pretty sure it is from my change in diet. My doctor told me to eat more fiber and he mentioned these bars. I am pretty picky so I don't know if I would like them. Are they good? Do they taste chalky?

Fiber One bars are great! They look good, smell good and taste good. However, they have a tendency to give me great amounts of gas. I get plenty of fiber in my diet without these so that may be the reason.

They are pretty good, and I don't like many of the bars that are out there. As Jasmine said, though, they might make you a little noisy! I haven't noticed a chalkiness or off taste to them, although it has been awhile since I had one.

I have tried them a few times and they were pretty good. I did not notice too much gas. I did notice that I was a lot more regular (in other areas) once I started to eat them. They are not chalky.

I am always picky about the bars we buy and these are pretty good. If you can find them on sale that is even better. Our local store tends to charge an arm and a leg for them.

I will have to try these for sure. I do need the extra fiber. I will try the chocolate ones first. I wonder if they sell individual bars anywhere. It would be good to try them all.
