Dry skin

I noticed my skin is much drier than it's ever been before. Do you think it could be because of my diet? Since I started my weight loss journey, I cut a lot of oil from my diet. Maybe I cut out too much?

I just noticed how much dryer my skin became when the weather cooled down. I think part of your problem is the lack of oil. Do you drink coffee or alcohol? Those both dehydrate. Drink your water, eat fruits and vegetables and limit your time in the shower.

I drink coffee, but not much alcohol. I drink loads of water. I don't take steaming hot showers. I haven't changed soaps or laundry detergents.

I think I may add a little oil back into my diet. Avocados, olives, and nuts are good natural sources.

My skin has been pretty dry too. I just figured it was the change of weather and also the increase in hot showers I am taking. When I work out I take a shower after. Some days I am taking two showers each day. Are you using a moisturizer and which one?

My skin was mostly oily I hated it and break out easily ... since my weight loss I had noticed I rarely break out any more, I love it

Maybe a good moisturiser would help?

I've been using a moisturizing shower gel and also applying lotion after my shower. I don't usually like to use lotion because it makes me feel kind of sticky. It seems to be getting better, though, so I think my body was just adjusting to the changes I've been making.
