November blues

I don't know how it is for you guys, but once daylight savings time ends, I get the blues like nobody's business. The light just seems weaker somehow, even on sunny days.

Anyone else experience this? What do you do to combat winter blues?

Already? We've still got about 7 weeks of autumn left! This is the time of year that I am outside the most. The sun doesn't like me very much.

I never really thought I suffered with the blues but I have been feeling a bit blergh lately and on the weekend I was felt a moody irritable b*tch for no reason!

It usually hits me in December, november's a really busy month for us so I never seem to stop! I hate getting up in the dark and it being dark early evenings! My car was even frosted over today

It's the time change. It was getting dark around 6:30, but now that Daylight Savings Time has ended, it gets dark at 5:30 instead. For whatever reason, the light just looks all wrong because of it. Too pale and weak. It makes me so gloomy!

I am hating the dark afternoons at the moment. It's already dark here and we have no lights as we are having a rewire!
