Hi Daisy SW

Thanks a lot for replying. Would you happen to know how many syns in Maxwell House Cappuccino sachets - 13.5g serving 53cals?

I believe these are 3 syns although if you based it on the calories it calculate to just over 2.5 syns which is what I probably would count!

Most of the Brooklea yogurts are syn free with the exception of these 4, which are all 0.5 syns per pot.
Banana & Custard (175g)
Greek Style Coconut & Vanilla (125g)
Greek Style Mango (125g)
Greek Style Layered Summer Berries (125g)

The Slimming World website confirms the Maxwell House sachets at 2.5 syns each.

Just for information, if you are using the 20 calories per 1 syn rule, I would still count 3 syns. It's better to round up so you over estimate than under.

I’ve read up 1 syn because of the added chocolate sprinkles ... although the picture isn’t clear? The muller lights with chocolate sprinkles are also 1 syn?

I go off what the SW website tells me. The syn values for some did change not long ago, but they’ve all been updated on the website by now.
The mullers with chocolate sprinkles are syn free
It’s mainly the mullerlights with the fruit layer that have syns.

If you want me to double check the syn value, I can check using the syns calculator on the SW website. Can you post a pic of the nutritional information table? And let me know whether it’s a 125g or 175g pot? Just so I can make sure I’m putting in the right information

As a random thought, these are the syn values for all the brooklea and mullerlights I can find...
