Oh god ! Too many questions 😁😁😁 I would always buy wholemeal (grain ) and, I expect, Tesco own brand . Not sure of weight tho....

Rice is free on Extra Easy.

Tesco boil in bag I believe are 2 portion bags only (serves 2). Only tip I have for SW would the rice, pasta and potatoes are FF (free food) ... IMO you should just be mindful of your portions.

We couldn't get Tesco own brand today, sold out due to Chinese New year. Had uncle Ben's instead, shared with hubby 😁

I much prefer Uncle Bens rice, so much nicer and I can never understand why. Rice is rice surely lol x
