HEB?...Corn / Rice Cakes

Would rice or corn cakes be a HEXB or are they syns.

I have 25g bags, 14 little cakes in each bag.

Per bag is 94 calories / 0.1 sat. fat / 0.8g fibre.

I'm pretty sure they're not a HE.

What the brand, I can get you an accurate syn value

It's very unlikely they'll be a Hex B

I buy it at my local supermarket here in Portugal.

It is a brand called Pura Vida. On the pack it says low in fat, without sugars, gluten free.

I have 25g bags, 14 little cakes in each bag.

Nutritional value on the pack is as follows:
Per bag is 94 calories / 0.1 sat. fat / 0.8g fibre.

Would it be calculated as 1 syn for 20 calories do you think?

It really is a bit difficult here but on the plus side we have an Iceland supermarket here in the Algarve and they stock all the favourite UK goodies that the expats miss and enjoy.

I only manage to go down every few months so I think a trip is due soon. Myself and a few of my friends normally go down and make a day of it. About an hours drive so not too bad. I am in need of the Fry light spray oil. When we go we always buy more than we need so it lasts us some months.

Sorry, I'm forgetting you're abroad!

Can you send the nutritional info for the carbohydrates and fat (not the saturated fats) and I'll work out the syns.
The syns calculator needs calories, fibre, carbohydrates and fats, along with weight and the first listed ingredient on the packet.

They probably will work out the same as using the 20 calories to 1 syn rule, but I'm happy to check

Per 25g bag as follows per your request:
Carbohydrates = 21.0g
Fat = 0.2g

Refer to previous nutritional values in my first post on this thread.

Thank you so much for taking the time to help me with this.

Once I know how to calculate and what formula is used to determine syn values from product nutritionals that will be super so I can plan my 'menus'.

Sorry! I got one bit wrong, it's asking for the protein not fibre

And I've no idea how they work them out, I type the numbers into the website and make them tell me syn values lol
