Yes, 1 syn per 20 calories
But don't forget that only applies to items without a free food in them. It's ideal for cakes, crisps, chocolate and sweets though!

Wonderful!! I will make a note of that.
Instead of having a bag of crisps I prefer to have these little rice cakes with one triangle (from my HEA) of the light laughing cow (weird name for cheese)
