Is that because on the SP you can't have rice, potatoes and pasta only fruit, veg and proteins? so allowed 2 b choices.

Yes. You get 1 A choice as normal, but you get an extra B choice winner for those bread lovers!!

That's more like it.

At least I know I can have an extra B choice if I feel like it on the SP days.
