Out and about

I'm a van driver and tend to find most of my lunches come from supermarkets or garages. Any idea on what I can buy?

I would avoid breads, wraps, or anything that may have oily sauces.
Depending on how long you can stop, you could always grab some chicken from the hot counter, and a salad?

Well we have rotisserie chicken stands in super markets but the syns aren't listed for them

They're generally syn free, providing you remove the skin and don't go for the flavoured ones, and sometimes the supermarket 'extra tasty' rotisserie chickens have been injected or basted with sugar, which means there are syns
