Aldi fish fillets

Hi guys!!

Can anyone recommend any low syn lightly dusted/ breaded fish fillets from Aldi please? I'm getting fed up of eating plain fish lol! I don't like battered fish at all 🤢 but like the look of the others.
I'm heading food shopping this afternoon so any recommendations welcome!!

Thanks!
Xx

I've found these on the website if they're any use...

Thank you for having a look Sarah! Are there any syn values for the lightly dusted yellow fin sole fillets I've seen today? I didn't pick them up as I wasn't sure if they'd be high syn value or not.
Xx
