I've heard a lot of people having half a hex b choice etc. Would it be acceptable to split a health A choice of alpro unsweetened almond milk and 50% less fat cheese and if so what quantity would I be able to have of milk and cheese. I don't want to do it all the time but I had some almond milk on my weetabix this morning and I want to make some cauliflower cheese for tea???

The hex b choices are already split so you a have options like 1 weetavix and 1 Alpen light bar.
SW don't recommend splitting your dairy choices as they are measured amounts of your calcium intake.
However, if you do decide to split them, just use half the amount stated as your hex a choice. That's what a lot of people do.

To get an accurate calcium intake, you could just use a few suns for the bit of cheese you may use, or the bit of milk. Work out which one is less syns and plan that way. That's what I do if I ever use both cheese and milk.
