Full English
Just had a full English brekkie - SW sausages, bacon (all fat removed), scrambled egg (no milk or butter), 'shrooms and baked beans....cooked using the spray oil. Syn free and I am full as a frog now. Fantastic.

It is indeed. The bacon is usually grilled but I thought I would just chuck them in the pan with the 'shrooms. Snags done in the oven. Was very nice.
