Can anyone tell me how soya yoghurt fares for Syns please?

What brand? Any particular flavour?
There's lots of syn values, generally between 1.5-2 syns per 125g, but it depends on brand and flavour

Thanks Sarah. Alpro soya yoghurt, plain with almond, and are all the fruit ones the same?

The plain with Almond is 2 syns per 500g
