Well I'm getting bloody ill AGAIN, so sick of this (pun not intended).

Can anyone advise the syn value of dextro energy glucose tablets? Or, even better, syn-free alternatives that could help fight this off? I'm meeting up with boyfriend and his kids again on Sunday and I want to be able to have a nice time.

Can't find any syns for anything like that on the app, sorry Hun!

I have no clue of any alternatives to suggest either

pack size is 47g so i would say 184cal per pack.

using the 20 cal per 1 syn rule i would say 9 1/2 syns per pack

Thank you my lovely. And no, I absolutely detest honey. I'm sticking to plan insofar as possible right now, lots of citrus fruits and a healthy helping of cold & flu tablets lol.
