I guess the first thing you've got to consider is - do you want to continue to feel how you do now? I assume that you started SW because you aren't happy with something, whether that's how you look, the number that shows on the scales, or that you want to have healthier eating habits?
You don't have to cut out the 'naughty' foods, just limit how much of them you eat.
You can go to a restaurant and get a 'decent' meal (personally I think steak is an awesome meal

You just have to be wise with your choices if you want to stay on plan. Pick a pasta dish, but go for one that isn't loaded with cream/cheese.
Some people do save their syns up yes. I always advise that if you want to save syns for the weekend, try to have 5 a day on weekdays, and then you can use 80 over the weekend. I wouldn't advise going without syns completely on weekdays, but mostly because you'll start to feel deprived if you've had absolutely nothing that has even a small syn value.
I know of someone who on WI day has a Dominos or something similar after WI, but she is on plan every other day of the week and still uses her 5-15 syns each day. She has lost 5+ stone by doing this, however, this isn't necessarily going to work for anyone else.
I would struggle with quick to eat foods, if I ever need to grab something quick I tend to go buy the sushi packs from Tesco as the large fish selection is only 4.5 syns. But I have the advantage of being able to have a proper lunch break.
