Bought the above product as it said fat free and have just ate 1/2 a pot with my fruit but now I'm worried it isn't syn free, I've looked it up on google searches and there are different answers one said 3syns!!! (Surely that can't be right) I've attached nutrition info below can someone work it out for me please

Its the worst thing when you try to google something for syns, there are so many people giving answers, and most are wrong

It's listed on the SW app
The plain one is syn free, but the one with honey in it is sunned.
