Anyone know syn values in red beef Thai curry from Chozen noodles?? I had boiled rice with it but need the values and there's nothing even close on the SW app...

Because I can't find the exact ingredients list, I would say count 6 Syns for any oil used, either for frying off the beef or vegetables, or in the sauce they made.
But also, they could have used other things that may be synned so there's not way to really tell without the proper ingredients list...
Personally I would guesstimate at 12 Syns to be safe. You never know how much oil is used in these things (well unless you ask them anyway )

It was only a couple of spoonfuls so I wouldn't have thought so much of the oil but there will be coconut milk in it etc. I'll see if I can syn it via ingredients online then. Thank you 😀
