Can anyone advice on how many syns are in the Alpro chocolate milk & alpro yogurts.....

Alpro soya chocolate milk 1L

Water, Sugar, Hulled SOYA beans (7,4%), Cocoa (2%), Maltodextrin, Calcium (Tri-calcium phosphate), Sea salt, Natural flavouring, Stabiliser (Carrageenan), Vitamins ( Riboflavin (B2), B12, D2)

Alpro yogurt peach & pear flavour 125g

Water, Fruits (11%) (Strawberries (7.6%), Bananas (3.4%)), Sugar, Hulled soya beans (7.4%), Glucose-fructose syrup, Stabiliser (Pectin), Flavouring, Carrot, safflower and lemon concentrate, Calcium (Tri-calcium phosphate), Acidity regulators (Citric acid, Sodium citrate), Sea salt, Antioxidants (Tocopherol-rich extract, Ascorbyl palmitate), Vitamins Riboflavin (B2), B12, C, D2), Yogurt cultures (S. thermophilus, L. bulgaricus)

The chocolate milk - if it is the long life milk, it's 3 Syns per 100ml, or 200ml as your hex A choice.
If it's not the long life, it's 3.5 Syns per 100ml and not a hex allowance.

The peach & pear yogurt is 2 Syns per 125g pot

For future reference, if you post theningredients lists, we would also need the nutritional info to be able to use the syn calculator. That's assuming the item you're looking for isn't listed on the Syns online list already
