Decided to nip into Waitrose to pick up some more Arla proteins on my way home from the gym and got a bit carried away.

Could someone please let me know the syn value of the Skyr vanilla yoghurt along with the passionfruit and blackcurrant varieties of Alpro Go On?

The Skyr yogurt is free
As for the Alpro, the black currant is 1 syn per 150g, and the passion fruit is 1.5 Syns per 150g
