Lentil - (is this the Puy Lentil & Tomato Soup one?) if yes, 5 syns per 200g
Minestrone - 3.5 syns per 200g

I'd like to know who eats only half a tin of soup!?

I find it quite filling with a salad and some fruit after. Easy for work lunchtimes as a tin lasts a couple days.

Baxters vegetarian minestrone soup with whole meal pasta is 160 cal a can. 400g.
Would I just work that out as 8 syns?

No. The 20 cals per 1 syn rule, which is what I assume you are using, only works for things like cakes, crisps, chocolate, sweets, desserts, etc. Things that do not have a free food allowance in them.


The Baxters Vegetarian Minestrone soup with wholemeal pasta is 7 syns per can, or you can use 200g as your Hex B choice (3.5 syns per 200g serving)


Does that makes sense?
