Graze boxes - Healthy Bs

Hi all
Rumour has it that one punnet in a graze box can be classed as a HEB
Does anyone know if this is actually the case?
Thanks

It would depend what is in the graze boxes.
Some nuts and dried fruits can be classed as your B choice, but you would need to weigh the item to make sure you aren't going over and using Syns without realising it.

(I'm assuming when you say HEA in your above comment, you actually meant HEB, same as the title of the thread - as far as I'm aware there aren't any dairy options in the graze boxes??)

Those graze boxes are so not worth it. You hardly get anything in them. I never felt as if I had eaten anything when I've had them.
