Are these the ones with only 9 calories per 100gms. So a drained packet is 18 calories. So I would count it as 1 syn if it isn't free food.

I can't find anything with the brand name 'Eat Water' on the SW app sorry!

If you've got the nutritional information I'd be able to try work it out for you.
