Can anyone suggest any syn free breakfast apart from fruit

eggs,bacon,baked beans, mushrooms, toms (cooked breakfast)

scrambled on toast (using bread as hxb)

porridge/cereals (using hxb)


on the go you could have a hi fi bar

Although it contains fruit, overnight oats is another suggestion. You'd use your B choice too.

Unfortunately butter sin't syn free although I wish it was sometimes lol

Scrambled/poached/fried egg (in fry light) on wholemeal toast would be good as a breakfast though, although you'd use your B choice.

Syns are used in the Slimming World plan.
The SW plan uses lots of free foods (fruit, veg, meats, pasta, rice, beans, etc.) and then there are Syns. Syns are for things that have little or no free value, e.g. Butter, chocolate, alcohol, crisps, oils, cakes, etc.
You get a certain amount of Syns per day to use on the non-free foods.
