Hi all does anyone know the syns in Costco minted lamb burgers and Aberdeen Angus burgers both were 6oz. Many thanks in advance

There isn't anything on the SW website for Costco.
Do you have all the nutritional info? I'm assuming they may not be made with 5% fat meat?

No they are full fat but dont know any info. Thanks for taking the trouble to look anyway

As a guide, beef mince at 20% fat is 7.5 syns per 100g
Lamb mince at 20% fat is 5 syns per 100g
