Hi, so I just picked up these strawberry and vanilla flavour onken fat free yoghurts, because i thought they were free, but i noticed they had sugar in them not sweetner. Anyone know how many syns are in them?

Those Syns are for the entire pot so just divide the overall number between your portions

Hi there, I wanted to check the syns in Onken fat free yogurt. I too, thought that they had a lot of sugar in them. If you look at the 450g pot, it has three servings, so when I look at the calories too, it sounds to me like they're 5.5 syns per serving, eg, 16.5 for the whole pot.

Can someone let me know if this is right at all? I started SW this week and have been eating one pot a day so hope that I am wrong!!!

Hness1974, which flavour are you looking at?
Have you signed up to the website yet and accessed the Syns online section?

I would advise not looking at the sugar and calories in things, as it can get confusing when you are looking for the syn value of something.
The only things I would look at the syn value of when trying to work out Syns are things like chocolate, crisps, cakes, biscuits, etc. That have no free food in them at all. In this case, you can then count 20 calories as 1 syn. E.g. Something with 46 calories would be 2.5 Syns (always round up)

Back to your original question, the syn values below are for the quantity in the brackets, so for the strawberry flavoured fat free Onken yogurt, it is 5.5 Syns for the whole 450g pot.
Does that make sense?

many thanks for your reply - it makes complete sense!!!! I have my first meeting next week so am looking forward to being able to access the website for more information. I decided to start this week when I got up on Boxing Day and felt rubbish. Really glad that I have been following it properly, weighed myself this morning and have lost 4lbs already!!
