Sweet potatoes

Hi
Am I right in thinking sweet potato is free of syns on a green day?
I really enjoy a baked potato & salad for dinner & saw sweet potatoe at tnbe supermarket today so thought I give them a try, but I'm dubious without double checking with you, more knowledgable folk first. Thanks very much.

They should be - I've not got my old red/green books with me, but as far as I remember they were on the same page as normal potatoes so yes are free

And they're amazing as jacket potaotes! Much softer than white potatoes, and not as 'stodgy' if that makes sense?
I could eat lots of sweet potatoes
