Hi I can't find a syn value for the sweet & sour rice from asda's chosen by you range. Its in a red packet. Its dried rice.
I can find values for chicken, savoury veg' etc but nothing for this one. I'm guessing its not going to be free so I'm not using it until I see if any of you clever folk can put me straight, thanks x

Is it like the Batchelors Savoury rice packets?
