I joined a few weeks ago and have asked my consultant with help using the online syns calculator to work out syns in a chicken curry from wasabi. She has said to put the chicken in as a free food when I do the syns work out at only 2 syns per serving which seems quite low. Can anyone help me?

If you can post a picture of the front and one of the back of the packet I can have a look at the syns calculator too and let you know if it's right.
I assume that you weren't able to find the item on the Syns Online list?

I can attach the nutrition sheet as its a restaurant. Couldn't find it in syns online. It was the value for the chicken curry that I wanted

I didn't realise it was a Restaraunt!
Because there's no weight against the product it's hard to calculate fully, and you've also go to assume that the chicken would be the first listed ingredient on an ingredients list, but working it out for a potion of 350g, I got 2.5 Syns

if that's the case it's great as it is lovely.
