Chinese food

Hi all

Going for a Chinese meal tonight and planning on having healthy steamed cod with ginger and spring onions. How many syns would this be? I would be having boiled rice which I know is free. Any help gratefully received.

The cod should be free as it is steamed.
As for the ginger and spring onions, is that a sauce or is it just pieces of ginger and spring onion? It's not a dish I've heard of before (or I might have, but as I don't like ginger I wouldn't have paid much attention to it lol)

I am not sure if it is a sauce or not as I haven't had it before. I knew the fish would be free.

I would find out whether it is a sauce or not, and then we can work out the syns from that
I can't imagine it would be 15, but maybe avoid having many other syns for the rest of today until you can judge the ginger and spring onions.

I know that's annoying, but it's the only thing I can think to do until you know what they're going to give you
