Asda long grain brown rice?

How many syns in the asda long grain brown rice? Is this rice free?

If it is dried rice then yes - all dried plain rices are free (brown, wholewheat, white, etc.)
If it is the microwaveable one, it's 2.5 syns per 400g pouch
