Jacket potatoes free food??
Are jacket potatoes free food?
Also what pasta & rice is free please?

Jackets are completely free. Dried pasta and rice are all free.
The packets of microwaveable rice are not free, neither are the fresh pasta/noodles, or the pasta n sauce and savoury rice (think they're called super rice now?)
My only advice is eat them in moderation. Make sure they don't fill more 1/3 of your meal

That's why I love slimming world
Fresh and frozen fruit and veg is all free, meats and fish are all free, pasta, noodles, rice, potatoes, and your store cupboard things are all free... The possibilities are endless lol

Don't think of it as a diet, think of it as a lifestyle change and a healthy eating plan. That's essentially what it is and making things from scratch

Jackets are a great alternative to roasties and chips but don't be tempted by the McCain ones from the freezer as they have oil in.

It's a syn each for the McCain frozen jackets, so it's not that bad if you need a quick fix

i just wanted to second the note of caution re free foods, I too believe moderation is key to enjoying the free foods but be mindful of portion sizes 🤗 Especially with pasta and potatoes
