M&S Soup
Hi all
Anyone know what the syn value for Marks & Spencer fresh Super Tomato, Chickpea & Spinach soup would be?
It's 600g for the whole pot, and 228 calories.
Thank you

Looking at the other M&S Super Soups, they have a syn value of 11-13 Syns.
If you use the 20 cals per syn rule, this one works out at 11 Syns.
I'll see if I can find the full nutritional info on the M&S website and try using the Syns calculator on the SW website

I can't find that soup on their website, it only comes up with their tomato & basil soup.
But if you can post the nutritional information from the back of the tub I should be able to work it out.

It's 11.5 syns for the whole 600g.
So if you've split it into 2 portions, I'd count 6 syns per portion... always better to round up than down
