Fish on a green day?

Hi. I'm thinking of having fish, chips n mushy peas tonight on a green day. My breaded fish is 8 syns so NO! How much would a fillet of plain white fish be and what would the weight be in grams please?

Thanks

As a B choice you can have 120g hallibut or seabass, 130g turbot, 135g hake, 150g cod / haddock / hoki / lemon sole / plaice / whiting / monkfish
I'd count 6 syns for any one of these if you don't use your B choice for it.
